Properly aligning and supporting your spine is a vital component of a healthy, healing asana practice. In this two-hour workshop we will begin with anatomical awareness of the spine and itʼs natural s-curve shape. Then we will embody this new awareness in familiar yoga postures (forward folds, side bends, backbends, and twists). This will be an interactive opportunity for you to gain new understanding of and respect for your spine, and learn how to take the best care of your spine on and off the yoga mat. A happy, healthy spine is the key to a happy, healthy body...and a happy, healthy life!
